“Three Miniatures for String Quartet” (2016) is inspired by a flowing texture of sound materials and harmonies focusing on subtle nuances as well as poetic textures. The work streams from one movement to the next through ethereal patterns and structures. As my music tends to be in rather low dynamics, even the slightest sounds and gestures carry a strong sense of depth while projecting serenity and ever so slightly melodies.
